Is HOTEL BOOKING by kepsico a hotel booking engine?
Not yet. HOTEL BOOKING by kepsico is a hotel discovery and reservation-request service. You send a request on WhatsApp and we confirm availability and the current price manually.
Is my reservation confirmed after I send the WhatsApp message?
No. It's a request awaiting confirmation. You'll receive the rate and conditions, and the booking is only made once you accept them.
Why are prices not shown?
Hotel rates change daily. We quote the current rate for your exact dates instead of showing outdated or estimated prices.
Do you charge a booking fee?
Any fees will be clearly stated in your quote before you accept it. There's no charge to send a request.
How do I pay?
Payment details, if any, are shared with your confirmed quote. We never ask for card details on this website.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation terms depend on the hotel and the rate. They're included in your quote. See Cancellation & refunds for more.
Are the hotel photos real?
Yes. We only show freely licensed photos of the actual property, each credited. Where we couldn't license one, we show a clearly labelled placeholder and link to the hotel's own gallery.
Are the star ratings official?
We only show a classification where an identifiable source states it, and we name that source. Otherwise we show the property type only.
Is HOTEL BOOKING by kepsico affiliated with these hotels?
No. HOTEL BOOKING by kepsico is independent and not an official partner of the hotels listed unless a listing says otherwise.
What information do you keep?
This website doesn't store your enquiry details. They're placed into the WhatsApp message you choose to send. See the privacy policy.
