How booking works
HOTEL BOOKING by kepsico is a reservation-request service. Here's exactly what happens.
1. Choose a hotel and room
Open any hotel page and tap Request price next to a room category, or send a general enquiry.
2. Add dates and guests
Pick check-in and check-out (we calculate the nights), plus adults, children and rooms.
3. Add your contact details
Your name and mobile number, with email and special requests optional.
4. Review and continue to WhatsApp
We show a summary. Continue to WhatsApp opens a chat with your request already written. Review it and press Send.
5. We confirm availability and price
Your request shows as Reservation Request — Awaiting Confirmation. We check with the hotel and reply with the total tariff, inclusions and cancellation terms. Nothing is booked until you accept.
No WhatsApp?
On the review step, use Copy request and send the text by SMS or email.
